大浪是中国的时尚产业重镇，为了展示其鲜明的产业特质，政府组织了这次竞赛。
大浪的城市客厅，应是大浪时尚创意的最高地，兼具鲜明的个性主张与感官体验，并以开放友好的姿态迎来送往。简洁利落的方形体块作为城市客厅的基础，72块镜面不锈钢板以建筑的几何中心为原点，以5度间隔依次发散排列，室内的事件与室外的景致在镜面不锈钢板上发生反射与折射，并在不同时段自然光的渲染下，呈现独特视觉效果，我们为其取名 “幻方”。建筑顶部尖角微微起翘形成优雅的弧度，与周边三个开放小广场形成呼应。此外，肃木丁打破传统的T台模式、旗舰展陈以及看秀方式，为大浪城市客厅定制了三种创新的时尚体验，与空间发生互动。
Dalang Town is one of the key fashion industry districts in China. In order to demonstrate its distinctive industrial characteristics, the government organized the competition.
The Dalang urban living room should be the highlight place of Dalang fashion creativity industry, with a distinct personality and sensory experience, and greeted with an open and friendly attitude. The simple and neat square block is the basis of the urban living room. The 72 mirror stainless steel plates are based on the geometric center of the building, and are arranged in a sequence of 5 degrees. The indoor event and outdoor scenery reflect and refract on the mirror stainless steel plate. Under the natural light rendering on different time, it presents a unique visual effect, thus we named "vision cube". The sharp corners of the top of the building form an elegant curvature, which echoes the surrounding three open small squares. In addition, Swooding broke the traditional T-stage, the flagship exhibition and the way of spect-actor, and customized three innovative interacting space experiences.

我们希望这座大型城市文化建筑能先给人们进入黄金山公园创造条件。它更像是桥梁或者隧道一样的城市基础设施，集成了所有支持系统运转的隐藏功能，从结构基础，到逃生路径；从雨水净化，到空气循环；从管线，到设备。因此，它不再是一个包裹剧场的皮，或者容纳展厅的壳，而是支撑几乎任何城市公共空间正常运转的骨骼。
在我们的认知里，未来的城市公共建筑将不再是被永久定义的牢固空间，而是绿荫中可灵活转化的万能骨架，它仿佛城市手掌的延伸，正如在坂雪岗艺术中心所呈现的，我们称之为城市的“绿色手指”——“FINGER TREE”。
Creating the access for people to get into HuangJin Mountain is our leading principals. Integrated all of the invisible functions of operation supporting systems, it covers wide and diverse spheres, from organizational structures to emergency exits, from raining water purification to air circulation, from tubing wire to equipment. Therefore, it is not a shell to the theatre or the exhibition hall, but more precisely, it shall be the bones to support all normal functions of the city public space.
The future urban public building, it will be a flexible to change, versatile function structure, but not a permanently fixed defined space, just as what the Banxue Gang gallery presents, it is like an extended palm with stretched fingers, we call it cities’ green hand---finger tree.

深汕特别合作区未来将成为与深圳不相连的第十一个行政区，缓和深圳城市发展空间的不足，它与北方的雄安南北对望，成为中国最炙手可热的新区。肃木丁与中国最权威的城市规划研究机构中规院合作，完成了这个50平方公里级的新城城市设计。
它位于深圳的东部海陆丰地区，依山傍海，河海交融，它给我们一个重新认识人与城市和自然关系的机会，也给了我们一个重新理解发展的契机。
它属于未来的深圳，却必然有别于主流的都市面貌和运转法则。我们从自然分形的理论出发，创造全新的城市用地组织方式，它从山水分形的逻辑中生长出来成为一套客观而健康的城市系统统筹50平方公里的巨大城市。随后，产业与文化各自以高效的组织方式附着在用地上，成为自然山水的一部分。
If the political and military achievements of Xin'an Ancient City and Dapeng Ancient City, the two matrixes for urban development of Shenzhen, were inherited, Shenzhen might be more than just a pioneering city now.
Most regretfully, Shenzhen had long been detached from its matrixes and even plunged into the wave of large-scale industrialization 40 years ago, while other immigrant cities like Hangzhou, Shanghai and Hong Kong were still cultivating their respective urban spirit thanks to centuries of cultural nourishment. As a result, the current spaces of Shenzhen are more production-centered than life-oriented.

The networks are divided into different levels based on the scale and organization unit, from the earth-scale world network to the nation-scale regional network and then to the urban individual network - for the globalized world network at present, each super city is a super node of the most rapid connection and the most frequent interaction, and it not only completes the path interaction (aviation hub, high-speed railway hub and port) in the same network but also accelerates the content interaction (transshipment center, trade center, decision-making meeting, research & development center and cultural and sports center) between different networks and different media;

我们想为龙华市民保留一块不断升值的城市公园，文体设施的构筑被深圳亚热带茂密的植物覆盖并因此消融在公园里，市民参与文体活动的行为将不再是进入一个拥有不同设施的容器，而是进入一片错落起伏的山地公园。
整座建筑围绕一套集成了室内外运动场地、交通流线、场馆看台、服务配套、大跨结构与管线设备的基础设施展开。室外球场、室内泳池和运动场馆、商业零售、文艺展厅、儿童剧场分层分段组织在集成基础设施的平台与空腔里，同时室内室外两条公众集散与多功能活动流线南北贯穿，与垂直交通一起构成清晰直接的公众交通流线系统。
它如桥梁隧道般集约，也如机场般高效，并因此节约50%的场馆用地作为城市公园归还市民与城市。
We want to create a city park with constant appreciation for citizens, the construction of cultural and sports facilities can be intensive and lightweight, covered by subtropical plants and abolished in the park, the public participation in cultural activities will no longer be entering into different containers, but walk in a lively mountain park.
The whole building developed with a fundamental construction which is consist of a set of integrated indoor and outdoor sports facilities, traffic streamlines, platforms, service facilities, long-span structure and pipeline the infrastructure of pipeline and building equipment.
It is as intensive as bridge and tunnel and as efficient as an airport, thus, saves nearly 50% areas of the site which was designed as a city park and returned to the public.

这是高晓松继杭州、西安后，即将在南京开张的第三家“晓书馆”，肃木丁受著名软装设计师葛亚曦之邀，完成了这个著名文化IP的概念方案。但这一方案并未被高晓松先生采纳。
肃木丁认为，无论大小，所有的“书馆”都是关于人、书与空间发生关联的地方，而“光”是这件事情的关键。光的珍贵让阅读专注，而电与电子设备普及的今天，唾手可得的光似乎再难让阅读回归专注。我们试图创造一个让阅读回归专注的空间，也即让光在空间里异常珍贵的空间。
This is the third “Xiaosong library” ,which will be opened in Nanjing after Hangzhou and Xi'an by Mr. Gao Xiaosong. Swooding was invited by the famous interior designer Ge Yaxi to complete the concept scheme of this famous cultural IP. However, this scheme has not been adopted by Mr. Gao Xiaosong.
Swooding believes that regardless of scale, all "libraries" are where people, books and space are connected, and "light" is the key matter among them.The preciousness of light makes reading focused. Today, with the popularity of electricity and electronic devices, it seems that it is hard to make reading back to focus. We are trying to create a space where reading returns to focus, and also, the space where light is extremely precious.

肃木丁从全球26家事务所激烈竞争中脱颖而出，与GMP,Morphosis,Henning Larsen,Mecanoo,RMJM共同入围天音大厦国际竞赛。
在深圳湾超级总部基地，天音大厦拥有进出深湾超总第一门户的显耀位置。因此，我们取“界标”的概念，希望人们“看到天音大厦，便知道已置身深圳湾超级总部基地地界”。
天音大厦场地最大的卖点是270°无遮挡的超级视线。因此，我们的方案分别从“全景布局”“全景形体”“全景骨骼”和“全景皮肤”四个方面一步步生成了这个旨在为天音大厦创造最佳“全景”价值的方案。
如何让两栋150米以下级别的塔楼成为地标？在肃木丁的认知里，并不是只有高与大才能构筑地标，我们选择让天音大厦精炼不冗余的极简建筑表达和锋利光洁的科技外表成为它从深圳湾乃至整个深圳摩天楼群跳脱出来的地标性。
Swooding Architects, together with GMP, Morphosis, Henning Larsen, Mecanoo and RMJM involves in the competition of Telling Tower in Shenzhen Bay Super Head-quarter.
Telling Tower possesses the prominent position at the gateway of Shen Zhen Bay Super Headquarter. Thus the concept of “landmark” is applied, in the hope of making people “aware of being within the boundary of Shenzhen Super Headquarters the moment they see Tianyin Tower.”
The most unique selling point of Tianyin Tower is its supreme, unobstructed sight line of 270 degrees, enabling the best views of the city and park, notwithstanding its limited height. Our project is built upon four aspects—panoramic layout, panoramic form, panoramic skeleton, and panoramic skin—respectively, and is created step by step, aiming at the best total value for Telling Tower.
To the knowledge of Swooding, it is not only height or size that constitutes a landmark, but anything that is distinctive can be the element of one. We invests Telling Tower with a minimalist architectural design, along with its refined and unencumbered expression as well as its sharp technological façade, making it stand out from the mass of skyscrapers in Shenzhen Bay and even the entire city.

这是肃木丁继“BUBBLE,GO!”和“ORIGIN”后，把城市景观基础设施轻质化的又一次尝试。它依然是同一套超轻结构的演绎，只是这次它用于城市步行连桥。但尝试把城市设施、公共空间、公共艺术、建筑装置融为一体的目的依然没有变。
肃木丁依然想把我们对未来城市地标的理解融入其中，中国城市似乎一直缺少这样一个“地标”，它让城市连接成为美好生活的基础。它在深圳的“春茧”（深圳湾体育中心）边，“春笋”（华润总部大厦）下面，我们将其命名为“春露”。
Following “BUBBLE, GO! “and “ORIGIN” the two projects, it is another test by Swooding studying on lightening the urban landscape infrastructure. It is still an interpretation of the same ultra-light structure system which is used for urban pedestrian bridges. Swooding always keeps the original intention of trying to integrate urban facilities, public spaces, public art, and architectural installations.
Swooding still wants to incorporate our understanding of future urban landmark. Chinese cities seem to have been lacking such a “landmark” which is a foundation of better city life made by urban connections.It is next to "Spring Cocoon" (Shenzhen Bay Sports Center) in Shenzhen and under the " Spring Bamboo-Shoot" (China Resources Headquarters Building), Swooding named it "Spring Dew".

“Bubble, go!”是万科时代广场商业综合体中庭屋顶遮盖物加建工程。肃木丁赢得了该项目国际竞赛的第一名。
我们设想“Bubble, go!”是一个“交互的动态构筑”，它像云一样轻飘且没有固定的实体感，同时要与它下面的建筑、周边的城市和南来北往的人发生关系。为此，我们想到用五个充氦气的ETFE气球作为构筑主体，氦气可以让每个气球在浮力的作用下漂浮。这套系统既是数控机械灵活可变，又如城市公共艺术装置般美丽灵动，还能成为商业价值的载体服务人与城市。因此，它可以通过漂浮与风的作用实现动态，可以通过表面投影与泛光照明实现媒体交互。
“Bubble, go!” is the roof construction of Vanke times square—a civil mix-use mall for the public. Swooding wins in the competition.
We suppose that “Balloon go!” is an “interactive dynamic construction”, which, on one hand, should float like a cloud without weight and a fixed form, and on the other hand, should interact with buildings, the surrounding metropolis, and people travelling below it. For this purpose, we think of using five balloons made of ETFE membrane and filled with helium as the main body of the construction. This construction gains its dynamic beauty through the power of wind, and functions as an interactive medium through projection and floodlighting.

建筑内部需要容纳四个独立的政府职能部门，以及对外公众服务与内部工作运转两套分离却又联系的系统。
为四个部门配置均好的空间资源，是本案最大的特色之一。在办公配套服务层，各部门均好的获得配套功能与服务流线，也均好的共享庭院景观。在办公层，四部门都有一个朝向同茂大道的南向界面，为各部门主体办公获取均好日照的同时，也同时向城市和公众敞开“视窗”。
这也是一座容纳了巴渝群山绿树与清风的建筑。我们在建筑体量构成中创造的夹层、退台与洞口让绿树红花融入政务工作，进而又让政务工作融入了环境。建筑也因此成为一套垂直花园盘旋围绕的景观系统。
There are four separate government departments within the building, as well as two independent but connected systems for external public service and internal work.
One of the most prominent features of this program is to allocate space resources to the four departments evenly.At the service layer, all departments are accessible evenly to basic infrastructures and service lines, sharing the courtyard landscape equally.At the office layer, each of the four departments has a south-facing interface facing Tongmao Avenue, which provides the office with sufficient sunshine, at the same time opens the “window” to the city and the public.
It is also a building that accommodates the green trees and breeze of the Bayu Mountains. The mezzanine, the retreat and the hole created by the building volume integrate the plants into the government office, and then the government office is integrated into the natural environment. Therefore, the whole building became a landscape integral system surrounded by a vertical garden.

在我们看来，城市是人与自然交互的巨大装置。云带来雨水，雨水渗透进入山体，并积蓄成为泉水，滋养亚热带的山地植物、动物和人，人的思维与行动创造了美妙的城市文明-----听起来这似乎隐藏了一个有关香港这座城市的起源故事，没错，香港就是这样一个连接人与自然的巨大装置，而我们试图做的，就是抽象出一个原型化的城市文明装置，它不仅关于香港，它的名字叫ORIGIN。
ORIGIN何尝不是一个人类试图利用工业文明（ORIGIN的整个系统都是人类工业制造的产物）缓和人与自然对抗的城市原型。
From our perspective, city is a huge installation which allows humans and nature to connect and interact. Clouds generate rain, which permeates mountains and then gathers as spring water, nurturing plants, animals and humans on the subtropical sierras, from where the human mind and behavior create a splendid urban civilization—all these sound like a narrative of the origin of the Hong Kong city. Indeed, Hong Kong is a similar huge installation that connects people and nature. What we are trying to do, however, is to formulate a prototypical installation of urban culture more universal than just Hong Kong. It is called ORIGIN.
Isn’t ORIGIN, being a product of human industrialization itself, an urban model that makes use of industrial civilization to mitigate the confrontation between humans and nature?

新桥东片区重点城市更新单元是深圳启动的最大规模工业用地综合更新项目，旨在探讨大湾区背景下工业用地升级改造的可推广模式。本次国际竞赛，肃木丁独立入围，与Rogers、KCAP、Hassell、中规院、深规院等八家设计机构或联合体同场竞技。
肃木丁以支撑未来制造业升级的“智-产转化”模式为出发点展开空间探索，并提出支撑空间策略的全新Mx工业用地政策，“智-产转化”空间模型与Mx政策创新叠加，得到可推广复制的“新桥模式”，肃木丁将其命名为“新桥智-产转化链城”。
The key urban renewal unit in the eastern part of Xinqiao is the largest comprehensive industrial land renewal project initiated by Shenzhen. It gradually promotes the popularize model of industrial land upgrade and transformation in the context of the Great Bay Area. In this international competition, Swooding was shortlisted independently and competed with eight design institutions or consortiums such as Rogers, KCAP, Hassel, CAUPD, UPDIS.
Swooding started space exploration with the " Intelligence-Industry Convert " model supporting future manufacturing upgrades and proposed a new Mx industrial land policy that supports spatial strategies. The mixture of the "Intelligence-Industrial Convert" spatial model and the Mx policy resulted in a replicable "Xinqiao mode", which was named "Xinqiao Intelligence-Industry Convert Chain City" .

入驻深圳前海深港现代服务业合作区桂湾片区的新华保险大厦，既是前海产业导向和城市理念的贯彻与延申，也是构成前海都会宏伟图景的像素单元。我们从公共系统衔接、产品以及识别性三个方面，打造“新华保险”在前海立体金融都会的全新“形象地标”。于此同时，通过建筑工程层面的详细城市设计策略将新华保险大厦与腾讯前海总部、中粮前海总部、中英人寿以及华强金融融为一体，形成前海最具整体性与舒适活力的金融街坊。
本次国际竞赛还有包括GMP，CallisonRTKL，北京市建筑设计研究院以及同济大学建筑设计研究院等在内的4家联合体共同入围。

这是江苏省园艺博览会中的一个综合体项目。它的选址很特别，在一个采石场切削掉的山体平台上，俯瞰整个园博园，并承载了包括酒店、餐饮、观光体验以及停车集散等一系列复合功能，也是未来园博园的一个主要门户。
肃木丁与国际著名景观事务所MCGREGOR COXALL受邀完成了这个国际竞赛方案。我们期望它以一种更主动且人工化的方式与这块特别的场地发生关系，它用毫不掩饰的工业感记录人类用工业装备对自然的改造，但它内部却是一个孕育和生产自然生命的大工厂。这体现了我们对工业文明和自然关系的认知，也是我们对未来人工和自然的一个空间寓言。

西丽枢纽位于深圳南山区“高新区深圳湾片区”和“高新区留仙洞片区”之间。这里是深圳市科教资源最密、发展水平最高、科技创新能力最强的区域之一，在粤港澳大湾区中也具有重要的战略地位。因此，如何确保枢纽效率以及与城市的融合度，同时缝合南北两个成熟城市片区，是本次竞赛的一大核心任务。
未来西丽枢纽将集成13台25线的超大型高铁站，3台6线城际站以及4条城市轨道线路，无论站线还是换乘规模，西丽枢纽的交通复杂程度以及工程难度都前所未有。
为此，深圳市规划和自然资源局、深圳市南山区人民政府采用“邀请+公开征集”的方式，全球遴选8个多专业复合的联合体团队入围本次国际咨询。肃木丁与奥雅纳Arup以及中国铁路设计集团组成的联合体，与Aedas，GMP和深圳市城市规划设计研究院牵头的三个团队一起，获邀入围。

深圳北站商务中心区红山社区与红木山郊野公园被多条交通基础设施切割，为缝合交通设施的割裂，创造市民轻松到达红木山郊野公园的可能性，需要在繁忙运行高铁线上增设桥梁设施。确保不对运行高铁线的干扰，跨线桥采用转体合拢的施工方式。为此，主办方组织该国际竞赛，全球遴选创意与工程经验丰富、景观与桥梁设施均衡的设计团队和联合体参赛，竞标这一复杂又独特的项目。
经过资格预审，肃木丁独立入围正式竞标。经过第一轮方案的角逐，肃木丁的“红山弧”成功入围定标。
